Seems to be related to the sata ports that you dont have drives connected to :-

ata3: SATA max UDMA/133 cmd 0xB880 ctl 0xB802 bmdma 0xB080 irq 66
ata4: SATA max UDMA/133 cmd 0xB480 ctl 0xB402 bmdma 0xB088 irq 66
scsi2 : sata_nv
ata3: SATA link down (SStatus 0 SControl 300)
ATA: abnormal status 0x7F on port 0xB887
scsi3 : sata_nv
ata4: SATA link down (SStatus 0 SControl 300)
ATA: abnormal status 0x7F on port 0xB487

If it was the ports that you have drives on then I would be more worried ...
