You didn't say what model card you have, but I have a (I believe) Merlin
U630 card which shows up as a standard serial port using the serial_cs
module under CentOS4 (2.6.9-42.0.10.EL). The same card also worked under
SLES in the previous machine.

I am using this card in a desktop machine in a PCMCIA->PCI adaptor for
sending and receiving SMS messages (network monitoring alerts, etc)
