This works in theory but not in practice, as not all packages belong to groups.

Is there actually a way other than making a script with all the info in it?

As others have said, 'yum install \*' will do this, but the real question is:
Are you sure you want to do this? From an admin standpoint I would
consider it to be a very bad idea without an explicit reason for doing
so.
