1. Do you have php installed? 2. Do you have php-mysql and the other likely php packages which may be required, installed. (rpm -qa php\*)

3. Have you looked in your logs to see WHY it's not working? (what
error messages are being generated)

4. Is selinux affecting your page loads? Do you have selinux
enabled/disabled/permissive?
I actually disabled it (I found that it was enabled by the person who previously installed it).
