There are versions for 8.1.1 and 8.1.4 in the testing repo right now.
Is there any reason you are tied to the 8.1.3 kernel?

Thanks, I have updated already to 8.1.4. Was no particular reason for
8.1.3. When I asked there were new kernels available but no xfs modules
for them
