AFAIK it is done like this;
rpm --import http://mirror.centos.org/centos/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-5

Oops - Sorry - missed the 'rf' in the package which means it
is the RPMForge key you need, not the CentOS key, and as
Akemi says, it is in the RPMForge package.
