Helvetica point size goes higher than 50.

No, it goes to a pixelsize of 34:

-adobe-helvetica-bold-o-normal--25-180-100-100-p-138-iso8859-1
-adobe-helvetica-bold-o-normal--34-240-100-100-p-182-iso10646-1
-adobe-helvetica-bold-o-normal--34-240-100-100-p-182-iso8859-1
-adobe-helvetica-bold-o-normal--8-80-75-75-p-50-iso10646-1

And please, please, please do fix your mail user agent! I have no idea
how you got Thunderbird/Mozilla Mail to drop the In-Reply-To header.
Every mail from you starts a new thread, because you are deleting
threading references!

Ralph,

Maybe it's his email provider dropping the In-Reply-To header item. His email header did have a References tag.

BTW: Looking at the Mutt manual: Mutt should use either "In-Reply-To" or "References" if "strict_threads" is set to yes.
