I had the same thing, but didn't need the second reboot. It was just the
backported libata stuff, although it got the cdrom detected on one HP server
that didn't work before. I installed from it fine, but couldn't use it when
the server was running.
I hadn't cared since I usually only use the cdrom for install or rescue anyway.
