Does a GUI tool for BIND exist on CentOS? Yum install system-config-bind
does not give me a result.

While not BIND specific, Webmin could help you with this. <http://www.webmin.com>
I will second Webmin.

I am fairly knowledgeable on BIND, but still use Webmin instead of editing my zone files directly.

I will say, that I have finally switched to having Views manually, and am now looking at how Webmin handles them. It does not seem to allow for different include files per view.
