The WG511v2 uses the PrismGT chipset, and the WG511T uses the Atheros
chipset. I'd return the 511 and get the 511T if you can. Note that they
also have a WN511T which is a totally different card too.

Linksys and Netgear both have a very bad habit of changing the chipset's
used in devices with the same model numbers. I hate that...
