Helo,
I have similar problem on DG965SS. This board have 4 port for SATA devices. I see disks only on first two ports (SATA0, SATA1). I test FedoraCore on the same PC system a it see disks on all four SATA port.

Well, this is the hint I have sent a few months ago to list. :o) I
doesn't help for C5. I see no sata devices in Anaconda, only one device
mapper.
