RHEL 5 being based on Fedora Core 6 has alot of packages that have hardcoded 
disttag values in them. as a result there are many packages in RHEL5 and 
CentOS5 that look like they are from FC-6  in RHEL's  case they are  im sure 
that the CentOS guys rebuilt them
