I have an application which runs on servers running everything between RH 
7.3 and CentOS 4.4.

My development hardware (RH 7.3) is getting long in the tooth and needs to 
be replaced.  

Can someone point me to a "how to" install the GCC 2.96 environment on a 
CentOS 4.4 platform.
