BUT ... that is not how RHEL is setup to build. That is not the standard (650 MB is), nor are 700mb CDs supported on all the ARCHs we do CDs for. I imagine we could FORK RHEL and redo a lot of things, but I bet people expect us to instead CLONE it instead.
