Nope. That's why I asked what distro he's on. That directory exists on
centos4, but the file in his error does not. That's where the centos
gpg key is stored. The rhn_applet itself should pull from up2date,
which uses the yum repo for centos.

I have no idea why he's getting what he's getting. I need some more
information from him.
