The new 4.92 installed nicely on this laptop...
I am trying to get wireless networking going.
I installed XEN.
my kernel is 2.6.18-1.2747.el5xen
I downloaded ipw3945-linux-1.2.0
This told me do download ieee80211-1.2.16
So when I try to compile ieee80211 it tells me
find: /lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2747.el5xen/build/: No such file or directory
egrep: /lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2747.el5xen/build//.config: No such file or
directory
egrep:
/lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2747.el5xen/build//include/linux/autoconf.h: No
such file or directory
find: /lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2747.el5xen/build/: No such file or directory
make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2747.el5xen/build: No such file or
directory. Stop.
make: *** [modules] Error 2
the build directory is a symbolic link to /usr/src/kernels....
This directory is missing.
What yum command do I execute to get it?
