C5 beta version of Evolution always send mail in HTML

People testing the CentOS 5 (4.92) public beta should be aware of the
Evolution bug  that sends all mail in HTML format regardless of the
user's selection:

The upstream EL5 evolution-2.8.0-33.el5 fixes this problem and several
others, so the C5 fix should be forthcoming soon.
