Hey all,

I am a newbie Linux admin so please give me a little slack.

I have a fully functional postfix mail server that started stalling at
boot up after I mounted a remote samba share.

I have no clue where to start looking but removing the share is not an
option for me.

Thanks,

Jason Ross

How are you mounting the share? What is the fstab line in question?

Here is the fstab line.

\\10.0.0.11\users  /backup  smbfs  defaults  0  0
