I've got a CentOS 4.3 distribution in nfs mount.
Hints?

Put 4.4 on the nfs mount.
Create a local yum repository for your machines from which to update,
and change your CentOS-Base.repo file to point to the new local repo
for base and updates packages as well as whatever else you choose to
mirror. Dag's yam tool is excellent for this, though rsync or lftp's
mirror function work quite well also.
