The GUI available (security) is absolute crap :P

I just edit /etc/sysconfig/iptables by hand personally ... although I
have also deployed this script:

http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/html_single/IP-Masquerade-HOWTO/#RC.FIREWALL-IPTABLES-STRONGER

(You also edit that by hand for opening ports, etc.)
