where to find a 2.6 rpm?

Centos is a rebuild of RHEL which strives to keep to the same software
for an entire lifetime (~7 years) so that Enterprise sites can rely on
the same API code structrures when they are setting up environments.
So squid will most likely remain in the 2.5 series for the entire 7
year lifetime of Centos-4. Upgrades will occur in Centos-5
