RHEL5 is in beta2 stage.  Meaning not that far from release (couple of
months?).  Try downloading it from ftp://ftp.redhat.com/ and see if
RHEL5 beta2 works OK with that motherboard.  Kernel in RHEL5 beta2 is
about the same version as the one in FC6.
