$ rpm2cpio kernel-2.6.18-1.2747.el5.i686.rpm | cpio -t | grep 'padlock'
./lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2747.el5/kernel/drivers/crypto/padlock.ko

Looking at the symbols this seems to implement AES offloading.
