That's because it should be glibc-2.3.4-2.25.i686, as you can tell by
looking in the repository, or simply doing "yum list glibc".

That said, what you might want to do is

   sudo yum groupinstall 'Compatibility Arch Support'

to get all of the "standard" 32-bit packages.
