It would have been useful to me a few months ago when I built in it the 
provided SRPM, and it will be useful in the future for easy updates and 
future deployments if it's added.  So I vote towards supplying it (and the 
required freetds of course).

I should have created or added to the existing bug report when I had to deal 
with this.
