I´m trying to install PIL (Python Image Library) in a CentOS-4.4,
but I´m getting the follow error after unpack the tarball:

1.1.4 is available from centos.karan.org all ready to go.

I use to install the packages via up2date, but it doesn´t appear
in "up2date --show-available"

Could you tell me how can I do to get it from centos.karan.org?

See http://wiki.centos.org/Repositories and look for the KBS-Extras entry.

Matt
