Radu, 

I have one of the Dell/EMC Clariion AX150i as well as a box running
iSCSI Enterprise Target, both with around 2TB of storage. 
The EMC unit is ok, the web interface isn't the most intuitive, but it's
not bad. However, the IET box has a flexibility that just can't be beat.
Snapshots are handled better, and you can easily come in under $10k.
