Thanks for your response attached are the requested output. There was no output from "rpm -V ncurses" and "rpm -V ncurses-devel".

Try to reinstall using "rpm --force" ncurses-devel and ncurses
packages, and after that to run ldconfig -v and past here its output.

Also, output from "rpm -V ncurses" and "rpm -V ncurses-devel" is
welcome.
