Only Firefox and Thunderbird are developed further (and maybe some day a working calendering application, but I don't hold my breath there). Seamonkey - while hosted at mozilla.org - is a project outside of the mozilla foundation, done by developers who like the "all applications in one" approach of mozilla. But yes, you are correct: There's no mozilla anymore, only seamonkey. And seamonkey is mozilla. Sort of.
