No, it just means I'm too lazy to do it that way when it is
easy in perl. Sendmail obviously has it in a macro or it couldn't
be instructed to pass it to milters. Look around page SMM:08-46 of
this document for the list of macros:

i did...there is none for helo but i missed the client_$$$ bunch somehow.
