The files I copied are:- /etc/vsftpd.user_list /etc/vsftpd /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf /etc/vsftpd.ftpusers /etc/vsftpd.chroot_list
Any clues ?
Does the user exist on the system(is there a home directory for them to chroot to?, if so are the uid's the same as the other system)? Have you looked at the ftp logs to see what's going on?
