[CentOS] Unable to open group file for writing

Hello, Fresh install of 4.3, suddenly I can't modify the group file
groupadd: unable to open group file
grpck: cannot open file /etc/group
removed /etc/group.lock
	/etc/gshadow.lock
	/etc/.pwd.lock
Am I missing something ?
