We do not want to release 3.8 and 4.4 at the same time due to server
load for rsyncs and updates.
We will probably hold off the 4.4 release until 3.8 has been released
and server load has stabilized. This is normally one week.
So 3.8 should be released in the next couple days ... and 4.4 should be
about a week after that. If server loads allow it, we may release 4.4 a
little earlier than 1 week after the 3.8 release.
