Humm, I really should let the developers answer this one, but .. oh heck ..
I would hardly call it a "promise", even tho that 2 weeks delay is the
past average. But I we stand a good chance of having 4.4 avaliable
sometime between 25th and 28th. That is where I would bet my money.
