Actually, I wasn't able to compile obexftp 0.20 even with openobex 1.3.
So I'm using 1.3 and 0.19 here.

Unfortunatelly my phone is not supported by openobex 1.1, so I
really can't test. But it should work ok for plenty of other
phones now.
