Thanks everybody ....
i was trying the obvious but wrong "yum install rpmbuild" and it was
returning "no packages"
then i tried "yum search rpmbuild", and again it returned many packages
but not the rpm-build package :-P
sorry about this dumb question, but im new to centos, yum and rpm's ,
etc ...
