It is in the updates repo for your arch: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/4/updates/i386/RPMS/kernel-smp-devel-2.6.9-34.0.1.EL.i686.rpm or http://mirror.centos.org/centos/4/updates/x86_64/RPMS/kernel-smp-devel-2.6.9-34.0.1.EL.x86_64.rpm Once downladed install like this: rpm -ivh kernel-smp-devel-2.6.9-34.0.1.EL.i686.rpm or rpm -ivh kernel-smp-devel-2.6.9-34.0.1.EL.x86_64.rpm (or you can remove the package with rpm -e kernel-smp-devel ... then yum install kernel-smp-devel-2.6.9-34.0.1.EL.i686 or yum install kernel-smp-devel-2.6.9-34.0.1.EL.x86_64 )
