Same thing.

Install the new versions:
    yum update clamav clamav-devel
    Use perl -MCPAN to install the newest clamav perl module (if needed).

Restart the services:
    service clamd restart
    service freshclam restart

(depending on the names of your init files, of course)

There will be a short interruption in clamd availability while it
restarts, but it can't be helped.
