My repojanitor updates broke this morning due to problems at at least a couple of mirror sites: ftp://mirror.stanford.edu/pub/mirrors/centos/4/updates/x86_64/RPMS/ ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/4/updates/x86_64/RPMS Appears the squirrelmail and openoffice updates there are some sort of symlink rather than plain files.
