Hello,

Is anybody using the cyrus-sasl mysql backend on 4.3?

I have problems with it, it keeps segfaulting whenever the process
enters sasl code.

I use these rpms:
cyrus-sasl-md5-2.1.19-5.EL4
cyrus-sasl-2.1.19-5.EL4
cyrus-sasl-plain-2.1.19-5.EL4
cyrus-sasl-devel-2.1.19-5.EL4
cyrus-imapd-2.2.12-3.RHEL4.1
cyrus-imapd-utils-2.2.12-3.RHEL4.1
cyrus-sasl-sql-2.1.19-5.EL4

pam_mysql-0.7RC1-1gral

that's not quite using the cyrus-sasl mysql code...that's using a pam backend that uses a mysql store...

The "only" problem is to add in /etc/sysconfig/saslauthd
FLAGS="-n 0" to avoid a memory leak.

great...I remember that I had to recompile FC2 cyrus-sasl to get mysql support and that I had to add some option to the configure script...and that postfix + cyrus-sasl + mysql did work
