Hi
I have a box that is a Linux LVS project based load balancer running on
an 1850 and x86_64 bit version of CentOS. In the past i have never had
issues with LVS but then again i have never tried it with x86_64 linux.
This box will after a variable about of time, 1 day upto a week or so,
stop accepting ssh connections, although http connections will be fine,
and then after another period of time http will also stop being
accepted/forwarded. It remains pingable but the only option is a power
cycle.
There is nothing in the logs as to why and this box was doing this when
it was a 4.2 machine but it has recently been updated to 4.3 but the
issue remains.
There is nothing obvious in any logs and i can run x84_64 happily on
other 1850's although they are not LVS's. The only thing that is showing
up in the logs is this
(scsi0:A:6:0): data overrun detected in Data-in phase. Tag == 0x3.
(scsi0:A:6:0): Have seen Data Phase. Length = 50. NumSGs = 1.
sg[0] - Addr 0x030910000 : Length 50(scsi0:A:6:0): data overrun detected
repeated lots - does anyone know what that might be but also what could
be the cause of this?
thanks
