Does acroread use fonts under /usr/share/fonts? I just installed some TTF fonts
(cannibalized c:\windows\fonts directory) under /usr/share/fonts, ran fc-cache
-f -v, and suddenly, my PDF's all look nice:oD Looks like that was the problem.
