centosplus 4.3/x86_64 kernel-doc missing?

Hi all.  I don't see a kernel-doc package for the 34.106.unsupported kernel 
for amd64.  Is that an oversight or did centosplus decide not to include it?  
There is a kernel-doc for 34.EL in the main centos tree..
