is the latest SSH messed up?

Greetings.
I'm reading a report from a software provider that SSH should be 
reinstalled and all keys re-generated.  They seem to be suggesting a 
possible security vulnerability in the current SSH.

Has anyone here heard of this or been affected by replaced ssh binaries?
