It does - you can use a so called hook. On the other hand I am not
really sure what the OP wants to achieve. He has to be more precise.
As AUTH data is transmitted with Webmail (IMP and other framework
applications of horde) using HTTPS is highly recommended to use. So
using a central page with SSL support is probably the only real advised
setup.
