Well, OK.  1.1.0 just came out, everything until then was patches to 1.0 ...

Just got off the phone with DeKok (work with him at the IETF, when he 
comes), and he helped me along.  The upstream does not include 
user_admin tool.

Got enough working for what I need this week.
