Forcing CentOS to load Ethernet Card

Remove the HWADDR= line from
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
(and /etc/sysconfig/networking/profiles/default/ifcfg-eth0 if
it exists).
Then 'ifup eth0' or reboot.
