An update to let interested parties know that I successfully installed
the CentOS / Blue Quartz Installation CD v3.5 from:
http://www.nuonce.net/bq-cd.php
Based on CentOS 4.2...
and ran properly when rebooted.
So it's NOT CentOS in general. I'll be studying a few more
possibilities and report back.
