We use www.vtiger.com works great on CentOS v4.2

You're probably not going to find anything included in CentOS by default.
CiviCRM which runs on Drupal can do this:

http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/civicrm

It takes about a half hour to setup and has a ton of modules that can get
other functionality you may want.
