In case anybody is interested, I found a version of Yumex that will work with CentOS 4.2. It is from another RHEL clone, Scientific Linux. This is the URL. ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/42/i386/SL/RPMS/yumex-0.42-9.0.SL.noarch.rpm Cheers....Paul
